CIP - Center for Pedagogical Innovation

PRESENTATION

The Centre d'Innovation Pédagogique (C.I.P.) is part of the OpenINSA inter-institutional teaching and distance learning service. The team supports and advises teachers in their reflections on teaching practices and in the development and evaluation of teaching projects.

The Centre d'Innovation Pédagogique's missions are mainly focused on:

  • setting up and supporting the use of support services for teaching;
  • the production of teaching resources based on digital tools for educational purposes;
  • techno-pedagogical engineering for training hybridization projects;
  • promotion and participation in various ICTE-related events (both internal and external to the school).
  • monitoring of pedagogical transformations.

TEAM

The number of members of the Centre d'Innovation Pédagogique may vary according to the projects in progress, but they are permanently present:

  • Nicolas DELESTRE, CIP manager
  • Virginie HORDEY, Pedagogical Engineer
  • Rémi DEFARGE, audiovisual technician
  • Christine LEGEMBLE, IT engineer, member of the DSI (Information Systems Department), provides support in IT and digital areas.
  • Diénaba SOUMARE, educational engineer hired as part of the Normanthiia project

DIGITAL TOOLS AND RESOURCES

 

INSA Rouen Normandie offers a wide range of services and digital tools to help teachers and learners develop their teaching practices, such as an online course platform (Moodle), plagiarism detection software (Compilatio), a video server (Ubicast), tools for mediatizing teaching content (StoryLine), a tool for managing self-corrected paper questionnaires (AMC), and a host of business software…

INSA Rouen Normandie has a recording studio and has invested in a number of audio-visual hardware and software programs. Numerous classrooms are equipped with audio and video capture systems, and several rooms, notably a LearningLab and a lecture hall, have automated audio and video capture systems.

PROJECTS

The CIP team is involved in a number of regional and national inter-institutional projects.

INSA 2025

INSA 2025, a project led by OpenInsa, has been awarded the "Demonstrator for Higher Education (DemoES)" label.

Ubiquity

 

Ubiquity, a software program for monitoring practical IT development work, developed as part of the HybrInsa project, won the second edition of the Jean-François Fiorina prize in 2023, awarded by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, which recognizes initiatives in favor of educational innovation.
