Form for reporting sexist and sexual violence (SGBV), discrimination or sexist and sexual harassment at INSA Rouen Normandie

This form is intended for INSA Rouen Normandie staff and students. Its purpose is to receive, for oneself or for a third party, a report concerning SGBV, discrimination or sexual harassment.

The content of the form is sent directly to the e-mail address cellule.vss@insa-rouen.fr. No data is stored on the website.

A dedicated unit exists at INSA Rouen Normandie. It is made up of members of the establishment from different departments. Within the framework of this mission, listeners must respect a commitment to confidentiality and neutrality.

An appointment will be proposed to you as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 8 working days, by two members of the VSS unit at INSA Rouen.

The data collected is intended solely for legal coordination and the members of the VSS unit, and will not be communicated to third parties. It will be kept only as long as is necessary for the investigation of the case.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi informatique et libertés) and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you may exercise your right to access and rectify your personal data by sending a simple request to the following address: cellule.vss@insa-rouen.fr. If, after contacting us, you feel that your "Data Protection" rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
