Staff support unit : the support team is available to help staff with any questions, information or clarifications they may require. A simple e-mail to the support unit will enable us to define together the type of trigger to be activated. When should an alert or a protocol on workplace suffering be sent to the support unit? The Workplace Suffering Protocol is triggered when you are in a situation of long-term suffering, with deteriorating working conditions that have been going on for some time. The Alert enables you to report facts or situations that are sufficiently serious or degrading to working conditions that could lead you to daily suffering at work.
