  Registering applications on Odyssée
   Submitting the digital application on Odyssée.

Applicants log in to Odyssée using the username and password they used on a previous occasion.
If they have never logged in before, they should select ‘New applicant’. Odyssée allows you to create a user account and set a password. Once the account has been created, Odyssée will provide you with an applicant number, which will serve as your login ID for future logins.

- a form of identification bearing a photograph;

- a curriculum vitae including:

   teaching and research activities;
   a list of contracts and funding obtained for research activities;
   a list of publications and books.

- a document certifying possession of a doctoral degree, as provided for in Article L. 612-7 of the Education Code, or a qualification recognised as equivalent in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the aforementioned Decree of 17 December 2021.

All these documents must be compiled, uploaded and submitted via the Odyssée website under the ‘Qualifications and Publications’ section.

Administrative documents and the defence report written wholly or partly in a foreign language must be accompanied by a translation into French, the accuracy of which the candidate must certify on their honour. Failing this, the application will be declared inadmissible. The translation of the analytical presentation, as well as of theses, books, articles and other works, is optional. All these documents must be submitted in digital form within thirty days of the date of publication of the recruitment notice on Odyssée, as referred to in Article 18-1, and no later than the date specified in the recruitment notice. Any application that is incomplete by the aforementioned deadline shall be declared inadmissible.
